How does the Love Minnesota Box subscription work?

Love Minnesota Box is a curated seasonal subscription box. Each March, June, September, and December you will automatically receive a box with 5 or more products from local Minnesota makers for yourself and/or your loved ones to enjoy.

Can I choose what goes into the box?

Nope. That's part of the fun! Love Minnesota Box is intended to be a surprise. It's an opportunity for you to try new products that you might not otherwise try, and to treat yourself when you might not otherwise do so. They also make fun, easy gifts for your family and loved ones.

When will my order ship?

Our fall 2019' boxes will ship end of September,

with the following shipment going out middle of December and every 3 months thereafter (mid March, June, September, and December).

What if I place my order and boxes aren't due to ship for quite some time?

This is bound to happen for some of you, In this case you will have to wait patiently :)  

You will still want to make sure you sign up anyway so you don't forget and miss the next deadline.

What are the sign-up deadlines?

Due to the nature of the products you will find in your boxes, we do have sign up deadlines.

Order by the last day of:

 February - receive the March spring box

May - receive the June summer box

August - receive the September fall Box

November - receive the December wither box

When will my card be charged?

***Charges are automatic and recurring.

If you are ordering the fall 2019' box, and you chose the SEASONAL plan, your card will be charged when you place your order at the end of September. Your December box and any boxes thereafter will be charged on the 1st of the month the box is set to ship (each March, June, September, and December).

If you are ordering the fall 2019' box, and you chose the FOUR SEASONS plan, you will be charged a 1- year subscription when you place your order at the end of September.  Your subscription will renew on September 1st next year and each September 1st thereafter. 

 

If you don't sign up until after the fall 2019' box goes out (end of September), and you choose the SEASONAL plan, you will be charged on the 1st of the month each March, June, September, and December.

If you don't sign up until after the fall 2019' box goes out (end of September), and you  choose the FOUR SEASONS plan, you will be charged a 1-year subscription beginning on the 1st of the next month that boxes go out and on your 1 - year anniversary each year after.  

How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in the price of your box.

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship outside the US. However, If you reside in the US and are looking for a loved one, you can have it shipped to your address and then turn around and send it out of the country yourself.

How do I cancel my subscription or skip a box?

Log in to your account. From your account home page, click "MANAGE" then "SUBSCRIPTION SETTINGS" and choose either "PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION" or "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION".

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

No. Canceling your subscription stops any future payments from being made. If you have already been charged (charges happened the 1st of the month each March, June, September, and December) you will still receive your box.

What is your return policy?

The element of surprise is a key part of your subscription box. If an item isn't exactly suited to you, please consider re-gifting it.

If damage has occurred, be sure to save and photograph the damaged item or items, contact us and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
